VINEYARDS
Production area: family organic vineyards in Carassai and Petritoli, small hilltop villages in Aso Valley Soil type: mainly calcareous and clayey with varying proportions of gravel.
WINEMAKING
The harvest is determined by 3-parameter maturation curve: sugar, total acidity, pH.
Thermo-conditioned vinification process for white grapes: cold decantation of the must, temperature-controlled fermentation at 16°C.
Aged in concrete for at least 5 months.
WINEMAKER TASTING NOTES
Its light straw yellow colour anticipates an aromatic profile of flowers and white pulp fruit and peach. Fresh and rich sip with an elegant final.

Saggiolo is a fresh and versatile expression of Piceno, a perfect match with aperitifs, appetizers and main courses, such as carbonara, fish and chips, spring rolls or roasted duck.
