VINEYARDS
Production area: family organic vineyards in Petritoli and Sant’Elpidio a Mare Soil composition: mainly calcareous and clayey with varying proportions of gravel.
WINEMAKING
The harvest is determined by a 3-parameter maturation curve: sugar, total acidity, pH.
Red skinned grapes are crushed and the skins remain in contact with the juice for a few hours.
WINEMAKER TASTING NOTES
A vibrant pink wine, with fruity and fresh taste. Sapid, direct and clean on the palate, intense and persistent.
WINE PAIRING
Ideal with fish dishes, pizza or salads.
